Availability and Terms
The Columbia Tower Club allows for up to 3 hours for daytime events and 5 hours for evening events. Prepayment required or events can be billed to member’s account. Cancellation fees apply within 60 days of event.
Description Of Services And Facility
Seating: The CTC offers armless padded banquet chairs and 72” round tables for seating.
Servers: CTC provides all wait staff
Bar Facilities: CTC provides all alcoholic beverages. Cash/no-host bars are available, on a limited basis, for a $500 minimum sale, for groups larger than 25. All bar charges are based on a per drink basis.
Parking: Paid parking lot in basement of the Columbia Center
Disabled Access: Yes
Dance Floor: Yes (no charge)
Linens, Napkins, China and Glassware: CTC provides basic black and ivory linens and napkins, a classic bone china pattern, silver flatware and Reidel Stemware.
Cleanup: CTC staff
Decorations: All decorations must conform to the Club rules.
Special Services
Our Private Event Department will be happy to coordinate services including florist, music, specialty linen, ice sculptures, audio/visual, entertainment, specialty cakes and limousines at an additional fee. The Club also offers complimentary WI-FI through-out both floors.
